Returns

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM USING THE PORTAL?

Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and email address and you’ll be given the option to return your items with ease.

To begin your Return follow these steps:

1. Open the Returns Portal - https://returnsportal.shop/gwd
2. Enter your order number and your email address used to place the order
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return
4. Select if you would like to Return, or opt for Store Credit for each of your items
5. We are offering a 10% bonus for customers who opt for our Store Credit which can be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether
6. The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches 0
7. Download the QR code
8. Drop it off at your nearest drop off point shown from the portal.
AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR COLOUR?

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to change the size or colour of an item, please place a new order.
WHAT IS STORE CREDIT?

We are offering a 10% bonus for customers who opt for our Store Credit rather than a Refund. This can be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM WITH GWD?

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of when you received your order.
CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?

Yes, GWD sale items are returnable within 30 days to qualify for a refund.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR RETURNS?

We charge SAR107 (£22) per returned parcel which will be deducted from your refund amount.
