We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to change the size or colour of an item, please place a new order.

We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of when you received your order.

Yes, GWD sale items are returnable within 30 days to qualify for a refund.

We charge £2.50 per returned parcel which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, as this
covers the cost of the shipping service once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once arrived back at our distribution centre.

Once your refund has been actioned you will receive email confirmation, it can then take 3-5working days to appear back in to your payment account.
