Our returns process has been improved to make it quicker and easier for you. Returns now cost £2.50.

For a full refund, we ask that you return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

If eligible, the refund amount will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed once arrived back at our distribution centre

We charge £2.50 per returned parcel which will be deducted from your refund amount.

When reviewing your refund request, we ask that items / garments are returned to us in a re-sellable condition: un-used, unworn and with all labels attached, in the original packaging.

One order, one return: If you are returning multiple items from the same order, they can be sent back together in a single package.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, as this
covers the cost of the shipping service once your order has been dispatched.
