Once an order has been placed, you can expect a confirmation email detailing your order number and purchase details. Following the safe dispatch of your items, a second email will be sent to update you. For orders posted in more than one parcel, please look out for multiple dispatch updates.

Should any of your items be unavailable, you will be notified via email to confirm a cancellation, with any refunds made to your original payment method. GWD International Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch.

All orders placed at www.gwd.co.uk can be delivered to UK addresses only.

Stated delivery times are approximate and GWD International Ltd cannot be held liable for any delays related to delivery.

GWD International Ltd is not able to ship goods to PO boxes or army base (APO/FPO) addresses.

We’re delighted you chose to shop with us. If you change your mind however, you can enjoy an easy returns process via Royal Mail. We charge £2.50 per returned parcel which will be deducted from your refund amount.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned to GWD International Ltd within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must also be returned in a re-sellable condition. For example, unworn / unused and in the original packaging, with all GWD International Ltd garment tags and labels attached.

Following receipt of your item(s) adhering to the Returns Policy above, we will process your return within 14 days – with an email notification to confirm this.

Our Returns Terms & Conditions apply to Full Price, Promotional and Sale items.

GWD International Ltd do not offer exchanges. Instead, please place a new order for the items / sizes you may wish to change.

GWD International Ltd Promotional/Discount Codes are valid on Full Price items and cannot be used on Sale or Promotional items unless stated elsewhere.

GWD International Ltd Promotional/Discount Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Refund requests for items purchased using a GWD International Ltd Promotional/Discount Code will be reduced to the relevant discount value attached to that item.

• Once you have entered your email address you will be entered into our marketing mailing list - you have provided consent for marketing purposes.
• You will be sent an email that contains a promotional code to save 15% on your first order at www.gwd.co.uk
• The promotional code can only be used once per customer in any single transaction.
• Only 1 (ONE) promotional code can be used per transaction.
• Once you have completed a purchase with GWD, within the calendar month you have subscribed you will be entered into a prize draw to win back the value of your order.
• The winner will be drawn at random by GWD within 7 days of the end of the previous month.
• The winner will be notified by email or by telephone to confirm you are the winner in that month's prize draw.
• A full 100% refund will be applied back onto the payment method you have used - this can take between 5-7 days to be received back onto your account.
• The draw will be done at transaction level - if you have made more than 1 (one) purchase the refund will only apply to the single transaction that has been selected as the "winner" of the prize draw, and not any additional orders you have placed.
• If you subsequently return your items for a refund, within that transaction - full or partial return, then no further refund will be applied (as you will have already received a refund).
• If you return your items for an exchange, if there is an additional balance to pay, then you will be responsible to pay the additional balance prior to goods being shipped to you.
• If your exchange value is lower than the initial transaction, then no further refund will be applied (as you will have already received a refund as the prize draw winner).
• This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• This promotional can be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.
• By consenting and entering the prize draw you are consenting for us using your details on other marketing activity, to promote the prize draw.
