Should any of your items be unavailable, you will be notified via email to confirm a cancellation, with any refunds made to your original payment method. GWD International Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch.

For a full refund, we ask that you return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

If eligible, the refund amount will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once arrived back at our distribution centre

We charge £4.50 per returned parcel which will be deducted from your refund amount.

When reviewing your refund request, we ask that items / garments are returned to us in a re-sellable condition: un-used, unworn and with all labels attached, in the original packaging.

Yes, we are now offering Exchanges.

Using our simple Returns portal will allow you to Exchange for a different size, colour, or something completely different based our stock availability.

Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that.

• Once you have entered your email address you will be entered into our marketing mailing list - you have provided consent for marketing purposes.
• You will be sent an email that contains a promotional code to save 15% on your first order at www.gwd.co.uk
• The promotional code can only be used once per customer in any single transaction.

• Once you have completed a purchase with GWD, within the calendar month you have subscribed you will be entered into a prize draw to win back the value of your order.
• The winner will be drawn at random by GWD within 7 days of the end of the previous month.

• A full 100% refund will be applied back onto the payment method you have used - this can take between 5-7 days to be received back onto your account.

1. Competition Overview   

The Spend Big, Give Big, Win Big competition offers entrants the chance to win a two-night stay for two people, inclusive of breakfast, at House of George, High Street, Broadway, United Kingdom.   

- The prize must be taken in 2025.   

- Booking dates are subject to availability.   

- Closing date for competition 31st May 2025. 

 2. How to Enter   

No purchase is necessary to enter. To participate, entrants must:   

1. Complete the sign-up form on the GWD website, providing:   

   - Full Name   

   - Email Address   

   - Date of Birth   

2. Bonus Entry: Entrants can receive one additional entry if they leave a review for a purchased GWD item.   

   - Reviews must be genuine and reflect an item the entrant has purchased.   

   - GWD reserves the right to verify all reviews against customer purchase history.   

 3. Eligibility   

- Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.   

- Employees of GWD, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.   

 4. Winner Selection & Notification   

- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.   

- The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing.   

- The winner will be contacted via email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.   

- If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.   

 5. Prize Conditions   

- The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.   

- The stay must be booked in accordance with the venue’s availability and booking policies.   

- Travel and any additional expenses are not included.   

 6. General Terms   

- GWD reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.   

- By entering, participants agree to these terms and acknowledge that any personal data shared will be processed in accordance with GWD’s privacy policy.   

- GWD’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final.
